Carrie Lam (林鄭月娥), Chief Secretary of HKSAR displayed her own mimo Shokugan at HK City Hall!! The HK Government and HKMAS (Hong Kong Miniature Art Society) have displayed an exhibition at the City Hall to celebrate the local Hong Kong culture. The Government has invited politicians and other exhibitors to display an art piece that represents the local Hong Kong. Carrie Lam (Chief Secretary for Administration of Hong Kong Government) used her best representation by displaying her owned mimo Shokugan noodle shop for public viewing
