Animation-Comic & Game Hong Kong 2013

ACGHK (Animation-Comic-Game Hong Kong香港動漫電玩節) is one of the most anticipated annual animation and comic event held during the summer. The event exhibits a variety of comics, animation, limited edition and collectible figures, games, and entertainment including Cosplay competitions, dance performances and book autograph signing.

Dragon Models Limited and UML have joined forces again with a newly designed booth featuring 15th ACGHK's must-haves of the event... Iron Man 3 collectible figures, as well as Disney play sets and Heritage Collection.

The highlight of the booth was Iron Man 3's 1/9 Mk XVII Battle Damaged version which was available for pre-order. This high quality figure features detailed life-like head sculpt, light up functions on the repulsor and armor circuitry to combine human and battle damaged effect that takes you back into action!

Other highlights include 3" Iron Man figures which comes with a diorama base representing each armor from the scene, 1/9 Superman: Man of Steel AHV and Disney Play Buddies' 1st Anniversary Edition.

The booth was separated into 2 parts - AHV and Disney. AHV displayed were Marvel's Iron Man 3 collectible figures featuring MK 42 and War Machine (which limited quantity were available for purchase), Iron Patriot armor, Starboost armor and Heartbreaker armor. From Warner Bros, there was the 1/9 AHV of Superman: Man of Steel.

From the Disney section, it featured our Play Buddies Collection with a new series of Summer Vacation as well as our 1st anniversary collectible set with a special limited edition number. Stitch Kung Fu, Carnival and Bun Festival series were also available and popular amongst the event. The fan-favorites for picture-taking was Monsters University's 18" Mike and Stitch collectible art figures (available for purchase) and a big Play Buddies diorama of a school featuring classroom, P.E class, playground and soccer field was on display. Also displayed giving customers a sneak preview of our upcoming new Disney collection is our 2.5" FunVille. This toy-grade line featured Disney characters in their own FunVille neighborhood with houses, floral shop, beauty salon, bakery, post office and more!

In addition to Marvel and Warner Bros.' AHV and Disney products, the booth also featured the Heritage Collection where new accessories of the 1/18 scale housing estate were launched for the event and Danny Summer's Chan Chai figure which comes with his cd and booklet introducing the birth of Chan Chai. As musician Danny Summer is a fan of Dragon's, he has asked Dragon to cooperate in this project and produce Chan Chai. He also came to the booth to sign a few Chan Chai products.
